About Tennessee Valley Anglers

slide1

Tennessee Valley Anglers is a professional guide service based in East Tennessee. Our number one goal is facilitating the best fishing experience possible. Trip planning is absolutely key for meeting your expectations and we encourage you to join in on the discussion when setting up the details with your guide. Whether you are brand new to the sport or a seasoned fisherman, we can plan and execute a quality experience. East Tennessee is an incredibly beautiful and

diverse place for fishing and we take great pride in guiding a wide variety of water. The Clinch, Holston, and French Broad Rivers as well as Ft. Loudon and Cherokee lakes are our primary waters of focus with our main fly fishing targets being Trout, Smallmouth Bass, and Striper. However, on any given day, there are often many other hard fighting non game fish species that we will encounter worth throwing a fly at; Carp, Gar, Skip-Jack Herring, Mooneye, Drum, and White Bass are regularly encountered on both cold and warm water trips.

Fly-fishing is without a doubt our top focus for much of the season but we are by no means “fly-fishing purist”. Conventional tackle trips make up a considerable part of the service. All we are trying to do is feed fish in the most responsible way we can.
The bottom line is that we love to fish and share those experiences. If you have questions that you cannot find an answer to on the website or if you have an inquiry about a particular trip, please Contact Us and we will get the conversation started.
